My family and I recently had to relocate from Las Vegas to Washington. The real estate market is so turbulent right now, and due to concerns related to COVID-19, we were concerned that we would have a hard time securing a home that worked for us in a state that is so far from Nevada.
Paige did a Zoom session with us to better learn what we were looking for. She spent time getting to know us as individuals and what we needed to support our busy lifestyles. Then she went to work on it.

“We are senior citizens downsizing from our home of the past 20 years so it wasn’t just a matter of selling and then loading belongings to move to a different address. A lifetime of paperwork and possession accumulation had to be dealt with in addition to normal pre-sale activities of pre-inspection, county requirements, window washing, cleaning, mover arrangements, staging and marketing.
It was a bit overwhelming to contemplate all that needed to be done and how to accomplish it! When I inquired about an area other than Gig Harbor, she immediately put me in touch with a broker familiar with that area, and when I signed a contract on a house in that area, she congratulated me with no trace of any resentment, unlike some other brokers.
