John Ross and his wife Alyssa opened their restaurant in December 2016 with the aim of making the best pizza in Gig Harbor. As a fifth-generation Gig Harbor native with an affection for his hometown, Ross wanted to make sure his restaurant honored his family roots and the rich history of our beautiful little city. The menu pays tribute to Gig Harbor’s fishing past with each pizza named after an old Gig Harbor fishing boat, such as the Chinook Pizza and Westland Pizza—both excellent choices for curious first-timers. You can catch more of Gig Harbor’s bygone days in the photographs that adorn the restaurant’s walls.

Using only the freshest ingredients and a dough they make from scratch, Millville Pizza Co. bakes each one of their pies in an authentic Italian Mugnaini pizza oven. Their menu, which is available for dine-in or carry-out, also includes small appetizers, salads—their Champagne Vinaigrette salad is a crowd favorite—not-to-be-missed wood-fired cookies, and local beer and wine.
