Waterfront Farmers Market
Nothing evokes the feel of summer more than a farmers market, and here in Gig Harbor, Washington, the Waterfront Farmers Market is a perfect complement to warmer weather and sunny skies. Taking place from June through September at Skansie Brothers Park in downtown, it’s a wonderful chance for members of the community to meet and support local growers and makers. Vendors from all over the area provide a feast for the eyes with the traditional fare of fresh produce and flowers as well as a plethora of other food items and handmade crafts. Each week there will also be a featured musical artist and children’s activities.
Whether you have been attending every year or have yet to experience this annual affair, the first market of the season is Thursday, June 1, 2023 from 1pm to 6pm. Come by foot, car, bicycle, or boat and browse the variety of offerings as Gig Harbor kicks off another delightful summer tradition.
While vendors are subject to change each week, here is a taste of what you can look forward to!
