GNOSH - Food Truck Gig Harbor, Washington

Let Gig Harbor’s top real estate agent, Paige Schulte, walk you through town and introduce you to the small business owners of Gig Harbor. Gig Harbor boasts a vibrant downtown scene lined with local business owners along with delicious eats from Uptown to Downtown Gig Harbor. Read on to hear about how GNOSH got started here in the harbor.

After spending 25 years in retail management, Stephanie Brooks decided to follow her heart and come back to her roots here in the Key Peninsula. She opened her bright blue food truck, GNOSH, in July 2015, with the goal to serve delicious food, grow relationships within her community, and connect with every customer in a unique and personal way as if they were old friends. Do not be surprised if she and her team remember you and your conversation after visiting.

GNOSH provides mouth-watering “samm’iches,” wraps, salads, and fries with new items showing up often or even being concocted on the spot. Their menu includes gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and even Keto items. For first-timers, Brooks suggests trying the Figgy Piggy or the Reuben with her homemade hot sweet pickles and the loaded fries.

GNOSH has donated to several special causes including the local Red Barn Youth Center and also offers discounts to firefighters, police officers, and military veterans. GNOSH is proud to partner with other small local businesses in the Key Peninsula and is available for catering special events.
