Meet Emily Sabounchi
Emily Sabounchi
NEIGHBORHOOD EXPERT IN: GIG HARBOR, KITSAP COUNTY & PIERCE COUNTY
Ask Emily where her real estate roots began, and she’ll tell you: in the backseat of her mom’s car, cruising through neighborhoods and dreaming about the stories behind each front door. What started as a fascination with beautiful spaces evolved into a calling, one shaped by experience and empathy. When her family lost their home during the 2008 crash, Emily learned firsthand how deeply a home serves as a sanctuary and foundation for family.
That perspective now drives her approach to real estate. With nearly a decade of experience and a background in finance and client services, Emily brings both analytical precision and genuine empathy to every transaction. She specializes in residential and investment real estate, helping everyone from first-time buyers and relocating families to seasoned investors and short-term rental owners find the right fit.
Known for her strategic marketing, sharp negotiation skills, and proactive communication, Emily has earned a reputation for selling listings above asking, securing quick closings, and making complex transactions feel simple and stress-free.
SInce relocating to Gig Harbor from California in 2021, Emily dove headfirst into the community, opening a local wellness studio, launching an Etsy shop, and even developing a glamping site. Those ventures deepened her understanding of local markets, land development, and small business ownership.
At the heart of it all, Emily’s goal is simple: to make the process of buying or selling a home feel less overwhelming and more empowering. She’s built her business the same way she’s built her life in the Pacific Northwest: through trust, community, and a deep appreciation for the homes that hold our stories.

Lost

Overland camping, exploring the PNW, or catching a local car meet with her husband.
Morning ritual:
Walks with her three rescue pit bulls and one very opinionated cat before diving into client calls.
Three things she’d bring to a deserted island:
A fire starter, a trusty multi-tool, and a journal.
