Meet Lindsey Balter

LINDSEY BALTER

NEIGHBORHOOD EXPERT IN: KITSAP COUNTY

Lindsey Balter combines a sharp eye for potential with an insider’s knowledge of Gig Harbor to help clients land the right home at the right price — and have a little fun along the way.

With deep local roots and nearly two decades of experience working in Gig Harbor’s most beloved restaurants, Lindsey has been serving the community long before she ever held a real estate license. Today, she channels that same energy into helping clients find the right home, the right neighborhood, and the right people to make it all feel like home, especially if you're moving in from out of town and wondering where to even begin.

She’s especially passionate about helping clients buy and sell homes with “good bones.” The ones that might need new paint, new plumbing, or a whole new plan. Whether you're a first-time buyer trying to stretch your budget or a seasoned investor looking for the next project, Lindsey can help you see the possibilities and negotiate a deal that gives you room to make them real.

She brings extra heart (and know-how) to clients who are relocating to Gig Harbor. As a longtime local and mom of both kids and pets, she understands how important it is to find not just a house, but your people. From school districts to coffee shops to quiet cul-de-sacs and waterfront trails, she’ll help you plug in, feel confident, and find your place in the community.

Her clients appreciate her clear communication, strategic mindset, and the way she makes every step feel a little more manageable — and a lot more personal.

When she’s not out touring homes or negotiating deals, you’ll likely find Lindsey knee-deep in a house project of her own, spending time with her husband and kiddos, rearranging furniture (again), or combing through thrift stores for forgotten treasures. And if you see her at a red light belting her heart out, just pretend you don’t see her.

Lightning Round With Lindsey

Silhouette of a person standing on a mountain peak during sunset, overlooking a valley with clouds and distant mountains.

Currently binge-watching:

The Great British Baking Show and political dramas.

Fun Fact:

She used to have a 10-acre corn maze in her front yard, along with five cows and upwards of 50 chickens

Three things she’d bring to a deserted island:

Books, more books, and a blender. (Priorities.)
