Marian Anderson
NEIGHBORHOOD EXPERT IN: GIG HARBOR & PIERCE COUNTY
For Marian Anderson, real estate is in her blood. She grew up surrounded by the business and learned early how real estate can be a powerful tool to build security and a better future. Marian and her husband have bought and sold homes as investments for years, learning what adds value and what to avoid. Today, she brings that experience to every client she works with in the Gig Harbor and Pierce County area. Whether it’s a family home, a second property, or an investment opportunity, she helps her clients approach real estate with confidence and clarity.
As a Realtor, Marian is known for her strong communication, clear advice, and local know-how. She makes sure her clients feel informed, prepared, and supported every step of the way—like they have a team in their corner, ready to tackle any obstacle real estate throws their way. Marian works with a trusted network of transaction coordinators, stagers, cleaners, contractors, photographers, and marketing experts to ensure no detail is overlooked. Her goal is always to help you maximize your investment, minimize your stress, and make the process as smooth as possible.
Marian is also a volunteer with the SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advocacy Committee) for the Peninsula School District. She's passionate about being a helpful, informed resource for parents navigating special education and believes in building strong support networks for families in the community.
A lifelong local, Marian knows the neighborhoods, the best schools, and where to find the most scenic waterfront walks or the best slice of pizza in town. When she’s not helping clients or chasing around her wild and wonderful kids, you’ll find her walking her yellow lab, curled up with a good historical fiction book, or enjoying a glass of wine with her husband while dreaming up their next family adventure.
