I study marketing just for fun (nerd alert). In fact, I host a podcast called Master Your Real Estate Marketing, which is geared toward teaching fellow agents how to market authentically in today’s digital age. Follow me on Instagram, and you’ll see that I use my platform to market my clients’ homes, keep you educated on the local market and find dream homes for my buyers. I have an entirely separate business dedicated to teaching real estate agents the art and science of modern marketing.
When you work with us, “extras” such as staging, home cleaning, complimentary storage, contractor connections, AirBnB stays, and a customized marketing strategy are the standard, not the exception, and they’re all included in the commission fee, (which is in line with the national average and not inflated). I designed our services this way because I know that when we invest our time, energy, and money into making your home irresistible, it will pay off for us both come Closing Day.
I’m extremely proud to say that I have gotten over list price for almost all of my clients using market-driven pricing strategies. The lowest list to sold price ratio I obtained was 98% of value for a seller. I’ve also set records for price per square foot in multiple neighborhoods, because of my team’s staging presentation, marketing strategies, and thoughtful pricing.
We are not high-volume agents. We choose to work with a few clients at a time so that our team can deliver a high-touch experience that feels more like a spa day than a real estate rat race. When you call and decide that you have found the home of your dreams and we need to list your house in 48 hours, it will feel like I have been planning it for weeks when my army of colleagues come to prep your home on a moment's notice. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and we’re going to give it our best effort to get the price every client deserves.

Giving back is part of staying humble and focused on why we are here. It is a gift that my parents gave me and something that I am passing along to my kids. One of the reasons I went into the real estate industry is because it offers me the time and opportunity to work with charities and rewards kindness and generosity.
I founded and sit on the board of the Chelsea Paige Foundation and give to over 18 charities each year that primarily support women, children, and education. The creative collaborations in the name of giving back are one of my favorite hobbies and a great way to create friendships in the community all while paying it forward. With every closing, I donate back to our community.
